It's come to my attention that many UK mobile providers block 18+ sites by default. If you are in the UK and can't connect to CDH using mobile data, that's probably why. Generally, the providers cite their 'parental control' policies as the reason for the block. Fortunately, it's pretty easy to disable this 'protection' for most mobile carriers.
Internet Matters has a good article with step-by-step instructions to disable 18+ blocking for each carrier.

I am with EE and have never had an issue connecting.
That's good to hear Angela. There were several carriers in that article that block by default. Sky and Vodaphone are 2 that come to mind.

Just to add , my network uses the O2 network, and I've never encountered a problem, - but I have never used the Sky or Vodaphone networks.
Hi, Liz, thanks for this. I was apparently a bit premature in claiming that different browsers allow access to CDH for, today, none of them are playing ball.
However, I followed your link to Sky and duly completed the form, only to be told that a credit and not a debit card is required for security. No charges.
I had to circumnavigate the globe in order to get an actual real live human but, they fixed it while we were on the call.
Thanks again.
