Hello everyone,
Recently I have heard a number of members mentioning issues they are having accessing the site and chat facility on mobile devices.
I started this thread so that the issues can be consolidated in one place.
If you have an issue, please add a post.
Bear in mind that the more info you provide, the better the chance of a solution. If possible please supply as a minimum the device make & model and the OS. (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S5 with Android 4.2)
and a brief description of your issue.
Maxine.

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 version 6.0.1 marshmellow. When I try to reply sometimes it directs me to monthly plan section. Thank you
Does anyone have a preferred browser? I have so much lag on Galaxy s7 in chat!
I have an iPhone 6; when I go to the public chat; I see my user name in the list of party participants but when I try to actually type a message it shows as I type, but doesn't show in the chat room? New to all of this (not an active chat user on any other sites); any help I can get greatly appreciated! 💁🏻

Kim, I am using my Samsung S5 so not 100% sure if this will help. After typing a message, I have to press the enter key to post it into the chat box. Enter key is the bent arrow at bottom right on most keyboards.
Hugs.

Sheryl,
Thanks! Very intuitive, just hitting return key worked. ❤
I use the chat app on my note 4. I have also accessed the chat via the site app and the firefox browser without difficulty.

Hi Maxine,
I'm using an LG5 with the current android platform. I can see the chat room, and have a text box. But I have no way to post. No submit button, and the "return" doesn't work either. Ideas?
Thank you,
Nicolle
When I view my profile on my I-Phone 6, the profile picture is upside down, it's right side up on my PC, just on the phone?
After a Google search and some trial and error; issue is the positioning of phone when you take picture. Phone position should be landscape, and if you're reversing the camera (so the image on your screen is you facing it); the buttons that control volume should be on the top.

To "Smokey", I also use the Galaxy S7, and I use Firefox. when my mobile data signal is Not strong I will experience the lag time also. When my signal is strong there is almost No lag time. That should help you a little.
SIGNAL CHECKING: You can download a really good app called 'Signal Check Lite' for free. The bargraph for signal strength is handy.
