It would help to know whether we have liked a post if it had a more contrasting colour.
Right now, if we click on the heart, it only gets a bit darker grey. If the heart changed its font colour to the same as the pink colour on the rest of the page, it would have a better contrast and stand out more.
@harriette I think this is a lovely idea. The current change in colour from mouse grey to elephant grey is so subtle that I hadn't even noticed it until you pointed it out! Even then I had to squint quite hard at the screen to see any difference.

I am of the philosophy of "Don't Make Me Think" (look it up) when it comes to web design.
@harriette This is a good suggestion dear.
We've made a slight tweak to color the icon when you have thanked someone. We'll look into making it fully solid as well.
Your heart is pink, as I suggested.
Mine is not pink, so maybe due to browser differences. It is bolder, however.
Thanks.
@cdh Vanessa: I checked with Vivaldi/Android, a Chromium-based clone, and it does not show the heart in pink.
Chrome itself does. Firefox and DuckDuckGo do it as well. It's unfortunate that Vivaldi does not, since it is my favourite browser.
@harriette My 'hearts' started to show up in pink after I cleared my cache.
That looks so much better!

@harriette Hi hon,
You'll need to do a hard refresh in your browser (Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac, or Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows). This will update it for you now - otherwise it will take a few days to roll out.
Hugs,
Vanessa
This is happening in Android.
I cleared CDH's cache, but nothing has changed yet. I will keep working on this.
