I used to be able to click on the city name in my profile and it would list membets close to me. This hasn't worked for the last 2 weeks or so. Is it a glitch or has something changed?

The profile interface has changed which I believe removed the link to which you are referring. However, you can still search by city under the friends tab across the top. In this area, you can search among your friends or all members.
