Notifications

hi Jacqueline, what do you mean by "basically"?  depending on what notification it is you may be able to disable it in your settings menu.  i have posted more specific info on your wall page.  good luck.

I wasn't aware of this 'Settings' page. As you know, I'm newly-minted in terms of being on the staff, and still learning (though quite rapidly) ... so thank you 🙂

I'm not sure though that Jacqueline can solve her problem via this settings page. I've looked on her behalf and I don't think you can do it.

I'm wondering whether it may be more to do with the Chrome settings on her phone.

If I had CDH installed on my own phone I'd investigate, but I currently only access the site via my laptop.

Ellie, it could well be my phone's settings, which I hadn't thought of. I'll investigate further.

UPDATE!

It was nothing to do with my settings in CDH - although I have now disabled the email notifications about anything and everything that happens here.

Ellie had it right. I've found a page on my phone that I'd entirely forgotten about, with notifications enabled for all sorts of stuff I don't want. I'd disabled them now, so I think that's my question answered!
