Yesterday I uploaded 2 pics. I received a statement saying they were sent to be moderated. Why is that and how long should it take to actually post?

Niki,
All public photo's are reviewed by designated moderators ( I am not one) to assure appropriate content. Because of the volume it can take 2-3 days.
