Hi Stephanie. Not a bad idea. I know a girl who does just that. She places a video camera somewhere unseen that covers a public area then she walks around doing normal things among people. Afterwards she reviews the video and sees how people act behind and around her. I've seen some of it and its interesting but hardly no one reacts much. Some men check her out and a few women look for a moment but thats about it. The video also shows my friend how shes walking, sitting, and moving which helps her adjust her feminine style.

Hi Grace Adding to Stephanie P's point There maybe a business in it for you. You can call it " GRACES CORNER" You can give fashion advice and updates on fashion from the everyday woman's point of view I have noticed that jeans and simple tops are very popular along comfortable shoes . Its the fit of those comfortable clothes is most important today. No woman wants to be just another woman. We all know that. The female shape and accessories or on full display during the day. Heels and pretty dresses are worn at night for all those special places. No one has time to do their hair anymore. Probably best just to get it cut and styled to be able to wear it down most of the day. The information age is here to stay why not make it profitable while doing something you call play. Thank you for the fashion up dates. I am seeing the same thing but a small Ocean away.

I think it shows that if we want to "blend in" Jeans or leggings with a top and sensible shoes are the way to go.

Grace I live in a little more rural setting but here we go:

Cows. 21. All wearing leather

Goats. 18. All wearing mohair

Dogs. 3. Naked

Okay all joking aside I have been accused of over dressing whether it be man drag or ladies wear. As a man I almost always wear slacks and as a shirt it is either a button up or nice pullover. As a lady I dress as nicely as I can get away with, skirts, dresses, pumps etc…. As a man I get the “who died” comment but most that know me know its how I dress. As a lady, I constantly get compliments and even comments along the line of “I wish I could dress that nice.”  Casual frump has become so much the norm that many younger women don’t know they can dress nice outside of special events. As young ladies they are no longer taught deportment and how to be a proper lady and express their femininity and enjoy it. If anything they are encouraged to go the opposite direction and compete with boys as “boys”. From what I see of my daughter and her friends they would enjoy if society wasn’t trying to make them dress down and let them be ladies. They love when the chance to dress up arises. Yes if you want to blend in a pair of jeans or yoga pants and some tennis shoes is the way to go, but even though you may stand out a bit, if you want to be the classic quintessential and proper lady dress as such. Yes you may stand out and get noticed but usually with envy and compliments.

It's an interesting survey Grace. Definitely one to show Cd's that a vast majority of GG's wear average every day clothes going about their daily life or regular routines. It's something to equate to in regards to our dressing tastes and fashion as we attempt to blend into the feminine spectrum of the right outfits or look depending on what we are doing. Even the practicality of wearing long hair back in relation to the activities undertaken during the day. It's also great to watch and learn and obtain ideas too.

The only thing is how do you tell if a lady is under 50, she may be 45 and look older, she may be 60 and look younger, it seems to me that no matter your age when girls go out on the town at night they like to wear their best clothes xxxxx
