This is only my second post, but I've been wondering about bras. I do have a set of B cup forms, and a set of D's. The B's are for when I'm out with heavier clothing (it can get cold here in PA...) and the D's are for around my apartment. Right now I have genie bras since they don't show as much when at work without the forms, but I use the pads. As long as I wear a t-shirt, I see nice form with a realistic feel. And with a genie bra I can wear tank tops and not see the actual forms.

However, what can I do if I want to show cleavage or "bumps" without seeing silicone? Genie bras are fairly inexpensive as well... Not even cleavage really - just a hint of actual flesh rising up. I pull up the flesh on the sides to do that, but then the forms will eventually slide down. Maybe I need a smaller bra?

I don't have an answer to your question - I'm curious too, actually. But I got excited when you said you were a PA gal. Alas, you're on the "wrong" end of the state... Oh well...

"Wrong" end of the state? LOL - I'm on the Steeler end, how can that be wrong? Hmmm, maybe I'll get a women's style Steeler jersey. I have thought about that in the past...

I dont have a good pair of forms yet but i have experimented with different bra combos to get the desired effect.

I use 2 the first one underneath was a great find, fashion form water bra on amazon.  its a pushup bra but not with foam its a gel like cushion that shapes to the body which foam wont. I do stuff it a bit which gives me some cleavage but not enough bust so i go the next size up on another bra. It can vary is style as long as it covers the first and is the same color.

Without proper forms and such i had  to improvise and it seems to look the most natural in anything i wear.

Hope this helps.

Black 38D Lined Racerback Bra

I have B, C, and D Breast forms, and about 30 bras of various types, colors and sizes. I can't imagine how bad a genie bra would be...  I think that Sports Bras look terrible, are uncomfortable, and shift around too much, and those stretch microfiber bras would have to be worse.
I have been able to pick up some nice lined, padded, and padded push up bras that make everything look right, keeps everything in place, and are pretty comfortable.
As much as a tight racer-back exercise bra holds everything nicely in place, they are Not very comfortable, and I can't wear them for very long, before I want to tear them off.
I would say that you should get a nice, standard, name brand, lined (Not push up) Racer-back bra in your favorite color, in the size you are with your largest forms, adjust it to comfortably and hold everything in place. Something that you can put on, look great in, and forget about until you are ready to take it off.
I have a Name Brand, Black, 38D, Front closure, Racerback bra, that is pretty much my Go-To bra for making me look "Built" when I get all dolled up and go out.(hopefully the image attachment worked)

Well, I checked the price of that bra and it costs the same as my B-cup forms. The D-cups were only $10 more. I would go for the B forms personally. I also checked eBay, which is where I got mine.

Hope this helps!

I agree about the look, but I'm not wearing it for the looks. I'm at work now (a lull between trucks to unload...) and wearing a 3X one with pads, but no forms. I don't even notice it being on - maybe I got used to it? Anyway, after I leave work, I slip the forms in on my way to the bus. No slippage or anything. Once home, I change to the D forms and enjoy seeing myself with breasts, even wearing a regular t-shirt. It's too cold to just wear a strappy top yet, but once it gets warmer, I plan on doing that.

Oh, and a PS - I didn't see the image on my tablet...
