What’s the best under-dressed clothes that give you the most fem feeling? I am a daily pantie wearer and would like to feel more of the feminine side during the day. What do you recommend? I am a slow mover (married) and don’t want to step outside my boundaries however want to feel as much as I am able while staying within them as well.

What is your ultimate goal?
You say that you only wear panties, and in your profile you have "I can only dress in private". So, if you can only dress in private, then you can wear whatever you like or whatever is approved by your wife.
If your goal is to do more, particularly in public, then you have to assess how far you can go. Your work attire* may restrict you, but going out in public can open up a ton of opportunities or cans of worms. The sky literally is the limit!
We can advise you further once we know more.

“Dressing in private” what I meant was under dressing essentially. The wife lets and picks my panties daily and now has gotten me pantyhose thanks so some of the ladies comments (LOVE THEM).
I am extremely careful to not cross any lines or boundaries and don’t like to ask for too much as she is still working to understand the wanting to feel like a woman.
yes I fix and modify airplanes for a living.
When I can I also slip on a padded cami top, pink of course as that’s my fav color.

@planemd I always wear panties and most of the time a pair of padded panties over them. I like the feeling of a sports bra under my clothes and small breast forms especially in winter when I am wearing a heavy coat. If I can feel the slight pressure from the hip pads and the bra, I can get into a feminine mind set wherever I am.
In my early years of underdressing, I frequently wore a panty and camisole under my regular drab to work or when going on errands.
I generally had my toenails painted and sometimes wore pantihose - on colder days.
I then discovered the bodysuit and that took things to another level.
(My late wife handed me down one of hers: it was a lovely shimmery emerald green with lace trim and had a press-stud crotch closure).
On the advice of my wife, I also often inserted a ladies' sanitary pad into my panties.
I was a teacher and later lecturer at a teacher training college in a department where I was the only male.
Department meetings with my all female team were great as the pad I was aware of in my panties made me feel that I was one of them.

@planemd I would definitely recommend regular female ones (as anything else - at least in my inner world - would defeat the object).
You would obviously have to do a bit of research/window-shopping before settling on a purchase as:
a) not all of them efficiently and comfortably contain the male anatomy;
b) they're generally not dirt cheap.
Watch out for things like a wide enough gusset area and broader shoulder straps that won't slide around.
The one my wife gave me was between "bodysuit" and "teddy" so it had both the practical features and the playful, feminine touches like mesh and lace trim.
It had had an underwired bust but she had long ago removed the wire as she herself did not like it, so I was able to wear the undergarment quite comfortably under my regular male wear without presenting any suspicion-arousing lumps or bumps.
I have just browsed through a few online clothing shops and see a reasonably good offering of suitable items; as I say, they're not entirely cheap.

It's easy with a mini skirt. I once read about a guy that was admitted to a hospital after a car accident. And when the staff undressed him. Under his three piece suite. Was a cute mini skirt and blouse plus panties.
The staff carefully folded his girly wear up and gave it back to him upon his leaving the hospital. No questions asked.

@planemd Pantyhose are a great one. I’m too a panties daily and I’ve added a bralette now and yes those lovely pantyhose and a camisole in the colder weather. Another thing I do is keep my toenails painted. My wife has no problem with it but does say “ I hope you don’t get hurt at work”.
@planemd I usually always underdress wearing my thong panties and Lasenza bras .I really love wearing a garter belt with thigh high stockings. My garter belt holds up my thigh highs . I can wear everything under my male clothes and I am very private and very unnoticeable. I have been wearing my feminine clothes in drab for some time and I have always found it to be a complete success . I also found that I can wear some women's makeup and shave my entire body and paint my toe nails and I wear women's deodorant and perfume. I shave my arms and I aboustly love getting manicures and I have my nails painted really light pink. I have been wanting to become more femmin about myself when I am at work. I plan on going shopping for myself for women's jeans and tops to wear them while I'm at work .
@planemd To be honest, I am a practical girl.
Panties of any type go on first, then 4-pad panties over top. The first usually are of a kind that will usually let me stay tucked for the rest of the day. The pads help with my male shape.
If I go out, thin thigh-high stockings and my silicone toe protectors go on. My shoes are usually tight enough that I otherwise wouldn't get my big feet into my shoes, if normal socks were on my feet.
After that, as far as underdressing goes, a bra and pads finish of the set. I don't have a camisole top, so that's it.
As far as feeling sexy, I love the idea of stockings and need to get a garter belt sorted. And a bra with forms for the proper shape, of course. What can be more feminine than those two items?

1. shave from shoulder down to your toes
2. pedicure with a nice feminine polish
3. A camisole
4. pantyhose

@planemd Well, this might not apply to you, but I love shape wear.
If you're dressing discretely then maybe this doesn't help, but the first time I wore hip pads and a waist cincher, I knew there was no going back to dressing up without them. Even if you can't wear padding and a corset though, I love the way a shaping body suit feels. It can't do much to change your male profile without that extra padding, but I love the full body feeling.
I agree with that 100%, 👗👗 Shapewear changes you male profile into a feminine figure , besides feeling great .

Here's another one, if it doesn't exceed your boundaries, and it's not to do with clothes.
Give your fingernails some attention. Try growing them out - not something that will happen overnight, so it's not as if it's obvious, and you can always trim them in an instant. Buy a manicure set - or borrow your wife's - and start practising. Next you could try some matt, clear, "hard nail" polish - to help strengthen them of course.
Where you go next with it is up to you.

@emily2day I asked wife for some (cautiously) and she agreed, even helped me with size. Well then skip ahead a week, it got down to the 20s here and she is away. She send me a message that the pantyhose would help in cold weather with a wink emoji. Needless to say… sent me to the moon, the feeling of approval is amazing as well as the feeling of the hose.
In the summer, panties for sure.

Today, Canada was being Canada, so I wore probably my heaviest men's parka that I have. Strange, the zipper is on the wrong side.
I am glad that I did, too. I proudly wore my biggest forms and nobody could tell. I didn't want to have my scarf fall out of my coat pocket, or something, so I left it around my neck when I wandered around inside a small mall. I should have taken it off, but whatever. I was enjoying my day abroad.
P.S. There are ways of hiding shoulder straps without wearing a parka.
I wear knickers the whole time. It doesn't get cold enough to wear tights under trousers
It may take a few tries, but once you find it, the right bra/sportsbra becomes an everyday item along with lace or lace-trimmed camisoles that do not have spaghetti straps but rather are in the style of old fashioned mens undershirts. Also pantyhose are a favorite. I have what are either "slipshorts" or pettipants, which are loose satin shorts with a lace trim and are a big deal for me to feel sliding around under jeans or slacks. Finally, you can skip boy socks and go with tights that are heavy denier of 80 or so.
I can easily, and usually, go to the bank or grocer, etc, wearing 4 items underneath.

While I only wear panties these days, I do add a bra often, matching, of course. Stockings are a nice option as well, and these days I am often wear breast forms in drab as well. I also wear camisoles and bikinis at times as well. Basically you can wear just about anything you want and with pretty minimal effort can hide it under drab clothes.

Panties are a basic essential for me for underdressing. However, I often wear a camisole as well. I'd like to wear a bra but a bra is more obvious and noticeable. The cami feels as nice as panties and, I think, I'm the only one who notices.
Bras can be hidden easily enough, especially now that it is cooler in the northern hemisphere.
My favorite subtle underdressing (that also makes me feel super special!) is painting my toes!
You can wear anything a woman might wear beneath your male clothes - provided the outer clothing prevents any obvious signs of what lies beneath. A bra (without forms or padding) doesn't show beneath a shirt, sweater, jacket and waterproof coat! Stockings/tights/suspender belts/girdles don't show under normal trousers (again, with suitable top-clothes such as above) - but sheer nylons and certainly fully-fashioned stockings will need socks to avoid showing at the ankle. An open girdle needs more care than a panty girdle but, under suitable outer wear it's never been a problem.

I understand wanting to stay beneath the radar. A Harriette said knowing your limitations would help.
For me I have my toes painted 24/7 and covered when I go out but I know which is nice. I also wear earrings 24/7 as my ears are pierced, when going out I usually wear studs or small hoops - at home I get the fancy ones out. There are some lipsticks that blend in pretty well, you have to look around to find the right shade. Of course panties and pantyhose/tights. I have a pair pf ankle boots that look like cowboy boots that I wear out with knee high nylons and no one has ever said anything.
You know what you can an can't do. Depending on her acceptance level you can always ask your wife. I do and she will let me know what is and isn't acceptable.

WV For Underdressing panties go without saying. This token offers in the NJ I can also get away with wearing some type of bra . Generally bralettes or small triangle bras but on occasion I’ll wear a regular type bra. I adore wearing camisoles , so very simple silky ones but it’s fun wearing ones with lace trim and straps. I don’t wear pantyhose as much as I did in the past. Tights and leggings feel so nice in cooler weather. I have even worn a full slip before, tucking the skirt part into my guy pants. I’m sure plenty of gurls have worn a garter belt and stockings underneath also. Anything girly I can wear undetectable works for me. I also stealth dress often, girls jeans and tops are so much fun to wear.

You can hide things in plain sight quite easily. People see what they expect to see. You can wear quite a bit of femme items as long as there are enough homme items for people to notice. Think of the classic pysch experiment where people are passing a basketball back and forth when I man in a gorilla suit walks by and nobody notices. Noboy expects a man to have boobs, so wearing a bra and breast forms is surprisingly easy to get away with...within reason.

I do this all of the time and hope to do it again today. Wear nice women's fashions in public, not necessarily ones which scream out what they are. This is different than underdressing and can be daunting for beginners, but it is amazing what we can get away with in public.
W V: I know that you are trying to curb your enthusiasm in public, but as I frequently say, use illusion and obfuscation to mask what you are doing. Magician tricks. You can crossdress way more often and more thoroughly in public this way.
Illusion could be wearing a top the breaks up visual lines. This, for example, could be a checked shirt or a loose T-shirt with random sharp edged objects printed on it. Plain, solid colours highlight shadows and the topography made by your breasts.
If you wear long enough black pants (some skinny jeans look great doing this), they won't draw eyes toward your black stockings and non-flashy black shoes.
Obfuscation can be done easily during cold weather by wearing loose coats, jackets, capes, shawls, scarves, various sizes of breasts, etc. You can leave jackets open, have large breasts, and get away with going very unnoticed. This is more difficult to do during hot weather, of course.
A girl still wants to be noticed, though, so experiment during different weather and at different types of locations, to learn your limits. People will look, but they really don't care.

@jjandme I agree, JJ! I’m fairly new to all of this, but recently I have been going out on daily activities in man mode, but wearing women’s jeans and shoes (mostly booties), in addition to hidden stuff. It’s all pretty subtle stuff, but still noticeably women’s items if you really look. Today, I even went out in ballet flats for the first time, albeit with black socks so they weren’t too obvious. I’m pretty sure nobody has noticed! And if they did? I’m fine with that. They are strangers. It doesn’t matter. Besides it’s fun for me to test the edges. I don’t want to be a spectacle, but in some ways I hope to be noticed, and make somebody go “Hmmmmm…” And, as you said, get them thinking, challenge their expectations.
A few people will look, but I find it surprisingly few acctually do. Even when it is obvious , as when I wear a skirt in otherwise drab mode, few people even notice. The few that do most often just smile a little, and on rare occasion I will see them commented to one another. I really do not care, and in fact hope people do notice and it gets them thinking a little and have a dialog. My hope is if someone sees me dressed they just might mention it to their spouse and say, "I would like to try that" if a man, or "you shouhd try that" if a woman..."It might be fun." Life is too short to not have fun and to not try new things.
