Friends

I was wondering if I could get some input on body shaping from you ladies.  To clarify, I need help trying to get a more feminine figure in the hip and butt area.  That said, does anyone have any good advice on good shapewear hip and/or butt padding to get a more curvy figure.  I have seen some really nice pricey silicone pads out there, and while I would appreciate all advice, even on the pricy stuff, for right now I am probably more interested in the budget stuff.  Someday, I hope to indulge in the priced stuff, but think the $10-$50 stuff on amazon.  I have looked at a lot of it and I do not know where to even start.  Accordingly, I wanted to turn to all of the great minds here ;-).

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to hearing some input.  Thank you in advance for your help.

Hugs,

Tiffany

Can’t speak for the enhancers like pads and such. I have a simple spandex waist trimmer I used for a while until I started loosing the little pudge I had. It wasn’t much but it was enough to make me self conscious. Finally got my body used to a vegetarian diet. It’s been great. Aside from having the body I want (almost) I’ve got more energy and feel healthier overall.

I have a good steel boned corset that comes out only on “special occasions” but that’s only for my fiancé’s eyes. Lol.

That’s about the extent of my body shaping though

It’s a super cute underbust black satin corset my fiancé bought for herself initially but realized it didn’t fit so she gave it to me. I don’t have her hourglass hips so it fit me perfect lol. I don’t know where she got it though

Hi Tiffany,

On the pricey side, I have heard the dress tech silicone hip pads are really nice. Since I do not have that kind of disposable income, I own a few more budget friendly items. I bought an "8 of hearts silicone butt enhancers" from Amazon which gives a nice shape but, is kinda heavy. Also, I own a hip enhancer (w/foam pads) and tummy slimmer that I bought from a crossdressing store. It works well but the foam pads have flattened out quite a bit over time.

Hope that info helps!

I found a drag queen on you tube who made her own ,so i gave it a try and it was quiet successful. What you will need,  1 electric carving knife ,cost about £8 and a block of foam and a little practice . This pad is a one piece, the foam was only £3 or4 pounds.  This pad when completed is a one piece and goes from the side of the nee  & up to the hip and round to the bum. I bought some calico very cheap and a skin coloured  material for the finnish. my wife stiched a pocket  with the calico and inserted the foam and the other pocket to complete the pad . I bought an elasticated corset from the knee to the tummy.I will be honest it is a battle  to get them into place but well worth it .Say £25 for the lot including the corset. If i am wearing denim shorts or a short skirt ,the pads for them were made with 4 car cleaning sponges and they are also very effective i only put a very light  elasticated small girdle it is smaller than boxer shorts. Please try and track down the drag queen on you tube another clue is ,she puts 5 pairs of tights on .So to track her down on you tube here are the clues,1  electric carving knife, a block of foam i chose a thickness of about 100 mm/4 inches, calico ,corset, and 5 pair of tights ,I did not use the 5 pair of tights. The only thing i have to do now is design an escape route for nature when wearing the corset.Kind wishes and good luck . PY xx

Check out the Bubbles Hipee Padded Panty too. Before I got my more expensive silicone hip pads these worked pretty well to help add hip and butt. Bubbles also has a variety of other styles worth checking out too. However, I've found that the Bombshell style isn't as good quality and doesn't stay up as well as the Hipee as it has less waist support.

I don't have any experience with hip/butt shaping, but I did recently discover waist trainers. And, OMG!!!! I love it. I love the restriction on my body and I tend to eat less while wearing it. I also think that it gives me more a shake in the booty when I walk also. I think it's because my waist is restricted so, my walk is more from my hips than waist now. I've been wearing it everyday for about a week and half now and still love it. I love the way it feels going on, while it's on, and taking it off at the end of my day. I don't know the brand, but I got it on the Wish site for around $4.

Thank you everyone for your wonderful help and replies to my post.  So after a lot of consideration, I decided to splurge and I bought some silicone hip and butt shapers from Dresstech.  If you have not heard of Dresstech, it is a store for crossdressers and the trans community.  They have some great stuff and were super nice.

I will keep everyone posted on how the shapers turn out for me.  In fact, I intend to write a review if they will allow me to post it here.  I am pretty excited to receive the products.

Again, thank you to everyone for your input.

-Tiffany

Hello friends...

I wanted to follow up this post with an update.  I went ahead and got some hip and butt pads and, they are fantastic!  After doing some research, I went ahead and splurged buying some hip and butt shaping pads from Dresstech.  While the shapers I bought were a bit more expensive than the ones I initially was shopping for, everything I read said the pads were high quality and easy to use.   As it turns out, they were easy to put on and the silicone material it is made of seems like it is made to last.  The best part is though that the hip and butt pads fit great and look even better.  The ones I got were the standard length silicone hip pads and silicone butt pads.  I have only worn them once now, but my shape with the pads on is truly an hourglass.  My new look has given me the confidence to “put myself out there” and finally make it out of the house.  I will post a before and after picture with and without the pads here on CDH (they have give me the confidence to post pictures as well). I hope you like the pictures...they speak for themself on how the pads look and how my body is shaped.  Let me know what you think, also, let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Tiffany

I will post the pic here on CDH.  I have submitted them for posting.  When it posts, you can access it through public CDH photos and through my profile.
