I did the correct measurements and got a 36c bra. I find it's causing me some upper back pain. I don't wear it to often. Maybe 3-4 hours weekly. Curious if anyone has any advice that may help.
Thanks,
Sivvi
Please explain further,James, how is the bra causing the pain? the straps?
Hugs, Regi👩💕
The pain is in the general area of where the back strap sits. So maybe the hugs are contributing.
I have a 44in bust with about a 47in underbust. I typically stick with the bras and bralettes that are sized in 1X,2X... because they will fit in a range of bust and underbust sizes. So typically I am a 1X which covers 44-46in bustlines and up to 49in underbust usually. Since I like to go with C and D busts as well as sometimes my natural A/AA bust sometimes, the 1X bras/bralettes give me that versatility I like. Now of course if I find a bra/bralette in an exact cup size that I can not pass up then of course I will get that C or D cup bra as long as it is a 44in.
Hope this helps sweetie
