As a rule, I don't do breasts. I do like to wear bras, or undergarments with bras built in. Sometimes though, the outfit requires cleavage. I've discovered a nice and easy way to make breasts that are perfect when you need/want cleavage, but nothing skin like is on show....
Rice and tights/stockings/pantyhose
I've just bought a 900g bag of rice and divided it in half. Poured each half into the foot end of an old pair of tights. Tied a knot in each. Double over the remaining length of cut off material and tied another know. Slipped them in my bra.
I haven't measured, but I'd sat a C cup. The advantage of rice over my usual Socks and panties is thse form nicely to the cup of the bra.nYou can pack them tighter or looser depending on how and where you tie the knot...... You also get the weight.

Hi Linda! As I rule, I do do breasts. As a boy I was mesmerized by them, as a young man I was obsessed with them, and now that I have shed my cloak of manliness, I find I am still preoccupied with them! 😁
Though I have a nice pair of silicone forms, I still keep my old "home made" boobs (bird seed). They are bigger for when I want to feel more... top heavy, lol. I was going to get rid of them, but the thought of purging breasts didn't sit well with me.
