- I find that the colour of the clothes I wear can greatly enhance my makeup and somehow my face shape to the point it can effect weather I pass or not. Bright clothes like white or pink really helps where black or brown can really harm the appearance. Do other girls find this or am I just imagining this.

Yes definitely, some people look better in darker colours and others in lighter tones. It had to do with your complexion. Your makeup will do the same. If you can talk to a person at the makeup counter and they should be able to match the tones to your skin and face shape. It makes a world of difference and it's fun.
