I do physical activity at home and sometimes wear a sports bra and leggings.
Do you do this too?

@marieclaire2 I like to wear leggings/ yoga  pants regularly, I stretch in them, garden and cut firewood wearing them, do house work and lounge around in them… they are just comfy, and sexy, I like how they high light my long legs, I often find myself checking out my VPL also thru the soft buttery feeling material. But I haven’t tried  a sports bra yet… but I think that would be fun and exciting to try!!

@marieclaire2 I'd not thought to do this.

I run outdoors and use an exercise bike at home, both in drab mode.

Hugs,

@marieclaire2

I've gone for casual walks in athletic clothes, on days when I don't run (i.e. rest days). And some of the running tights and shorts I wear to run in are actually womens, but tights are kind of all the same, just different colors, so it doesn't really feel like cross dressing. That kind of thing was kind of my gateway into the "harder stuff." lol

Cycling clothes are fairly gender neutral, meaning men and women wear basically the same thing anyway. I did go for a ride a couple of times with a sports bra and forms under my jersey. I don't think I really looked much different than I normally do road cycling, so I haven't really bothered dressing up to ride. The first time I tried it, I was experimenting with breast form adhesive. That didn't work so well. I mean, the form adhesive held really well, but sweat accumulated underneath the forms. So, no glue if I'm going to sweat.

I've gone stand up paddle boarding a few times en femme, swimsuit, women's wetsuit, pink rash guard, and that's really fun. I am definitely looking forward to next summer.

@raven188 I prefer to buy womens cycle shorts, mainly because they tend to be shorter, and I do like a shorter short. Sadly, the same also goes for jerseys. Female cycling jerseys tend to be shorter, so not great for me.

@dazzler the cycling stuff I buy is mostly from NeoPro, and their stuff is all labeled unisex. I do have a pair of pearl izumi sugar shorts that are nice, and very short.

@marieclaire2 I hike and most often wear my leggings and sports bra.   Right now though, it's so cold that I wear a sweater and coat too!  During the warmer months, I will wear women's shorts and a tee shirt or tank top over my bra.

@marieclaire2 100% of the time. Wearing woman's workout clothing is a way I get to dress everyday. I do wear regular bras as often as my sports bras. I have to say Leggings bra/sports bra with a comfy top is my favorite outfit to wear any day of the week.

Yes I do to sometimes. I may do an exercise session where I'll wear my usual bra and have a short skirt over the leggings T shirt on top then change after a shower.

That is an interesting question as my GP is signing me up for an exercise class at our local centre, I asked her if they accept transvestites and she thought that they are inclusive, so I have been wondering what to wear and you have given me some ideas - thanks

I do heavy physical work and just wear my Maidenform T-Shirt bra along with leggings to protect my legs.  Nothing special, it's just my work uniform.  Marg

I simply don't like working out. But, lately, I've started dressing up in a sports bra and workout leggings. First, I love how sexy I look and feel. Second, they give me a purpose to work out. So far, it's got me motivated.

I have gone to the gym in a sports bra and panties with sweats and a hoodie over them (so, otherwise in boy mode). It is basically the only time I underdress as I am just not ready to show up to the gym as Natalie. I did do leggings as well one time (with shorts over them).

It is fun to do but isn't generally something I do a lot. The last time I did it was because I had a Natalie day planned out and I wanted to be in Natalie mode as much as I could be.

I do have a home gym that I do want to use while actually fully dressed up as Natalie but I haven't gotten to that point yet. Mostly out of laziness but, to @lea-jhene's point, it also could give me the motivation I need to work out a little more at home.

Yep, guilty as charged.  I do it regularly in male mode especially for biking and running.

in addition to being feminine in feel is actually quite practical for exercise.  Love the feel! ☺️

@mirandam totally agree with the practicality. I bike and run a bunch too. I wanted a running short with an integrated cell phone pocket and simply couldn't find a good one for "men". Went to Athleta and they had so many options for women! Now I only wear those when running (under looser running shorts). They keep my phone from bouncing around and they have this wonderful high waist that keeps them from inching down. Now that it's getting colder I want the pant version too.

You speak from my soul! You won't find high waist running leggings with side pockets in the men's department! Apparently a man doesn't need something like that! The same goes for racerback shirts! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have a few times when I’ve had a day off from work and worked out with my wife at home.  It can be a nice addition to my time spent as Petra.  I’ve got a nice pair of black patterned leggings and a pink sports bra.

I have been on a quest, of sorts, to see all of the National Patks in the USA. When hiking, I almost always wear leggings and SB. I can wear either a tank or sweat shirt over the top if needed. It mostly depends on the time of day and elevations I’ll be at. Leggings offer all of the stretch needed when you have any climbing to do  I also have bike shorts for when it’s really hot  they are just short leg leggings  without the padding if regular bike shorts

i really like the leggings with a pocket for my cell phone. Makes it readily handy if I see wildlife or a view I want to capture.

I'm a cyclist and I have been tempted to buy a sports bra to wear under my jersey, but being in the closet and only having bikes at home have not allowed me to turn temptation into reality

Years ago I bought a sports bra and running leggings thinking I was going to exercise and lose some weight at a local walking track. I did it one time and then chickened out about doing it anymore
