Do you wear a wig,      My answer is no, but I have just ordered my first wig. So I want to know how you attach yours, & how you put them on. So if you have any tips about this please let me know.

Hi Helen. Yes.....I have several. The internet has many sites that advertise wigs as well as how to wear/care for them. Procedures are different for synthetic versus human hair ones. Do check these sites out. Hope this helps.......

I have no choice but to wear a wig since I have thinning hair. As to how I fasten it down, that depends on the wig and wear I'll be wearing it. If I'm dressing in private, I don't bother fastening. If I'm outside, especially on a windy day, I use a few bobby pins in front to the side and in back to hold it down. I also have a couple lace wigs and those I use Safe Grip glue for the front.

I have my first wig and it does make a difference to me. Though I do like the fact I can somewhat style my normal hair as a pixie cut.

Not yet.  I'm quite new to CDH, but hope to get one soon.

I had a wig 6 years or so ago but it was a casualty of “The Purge”! I will buy another one in the future it when is a good question. Mine was synthetic, no lace so I had to use Bobby pins and wear a wig cap. This time around I am going to spend the $ to buy a lace human hair wig. Whether I dress in private, public or be a woman full time unless I take HRT and it works a miracle my hair will always be too thin to grow long😢! Anyway good question and many wig store sites have care and wear instructions. If you are daring, and I was for my first wig, most stores you can visit in person the sales person will be delighted to assist in choosing the correct wig for your facial bone structure and coloring within your range of $ you can spend. As in other professions they have seen it all and do not have any hang ups helping us to choose a great wig. Good luck and have fun! TTFN💋👠

I don't have one at the moment but it is something that I will be buying once I have the money.

Having worn a few wig I prefer a shorter wig for my facial features. I've had to purge a few wigs and I wish that I had kept them.

My current wig is long and I'm not to happy with it although I haven't tried to style it since it's new.

I suggest the you start with a shorter wig in you own hair color and go from there. Good luck Girls

Yes, I do wear a wig. I have two - one a shortish bob that is close to my own hair color and the other a longer one in a dark brunette with some red highlights.

My biggest challenge is size - I have a rather large head - as 7 3/4 size in a hat - and as a result I have to unfasten all of the elastic bands in the wigs. And remember not to pull it too low on my forehead.

I got one at a transformation and another in a wig store. Both were happy to help me. In the wig store, especially, the lady spent a lot of time finding just the right wig to fit my head and then helping me style it so it look just right.

I also have to remember not to pull it to far down on my forehead  but to keep it at my naturally, slightly receding, hair line so it matches better the size of a typical woman's forehead.

Good luck. Having a wig was one of my big steps, and I am oh so glad I took it.

I'm bald as a badgers "posterior" and therefore have no choice. I have a number of wigs, but the best one for me is the strawberry blonde one in my profile pic. It not only suits my appearance as Caty, but just feels "right".

Happy "wigging"

Wigs  really are the ' icing on the cake ' and may make or break you , I have several cheap synthetics , adequate with a little lovin , but push them too hard and it shows , I look forward to advancing towards human hair units to achieve more natural feel ,Any advise on this would be great  cheers Naomi d

I wear wigs and think they are fantastic. Right now I have about 11, not sure the exact number but there are only a few I currently like. The one in my photos is my fav and go to choice. I have been asked many times if it's my real hair (synthetic). Something as simple as a different wig completely changes your appearance. I have been thinking about some different ones lately!

I wear a wig whenever I dress up totally. I have three shoulder length wigs and one shorter. My femminine personality emerges fully after doing makeup and applying a wig.
