just got my ears pierced, woo hoo 🙂
Congratulations, Elsa; that's really great news for you!
Wonderful to hear Elsa . It's truly something I too want very much to do. Starting to grow back my hair and is now just at my ear loops so yes it's very much on my mine. Clip ons just don't cut it. Besides is becoming more common and happy it is . Thank you for sharing, motivation is always welcome . 🌹
I have both my done 2 times log them
Congrats Elsa-had mine domne last October and now I have about 250 + pairs!
Cyn
Hi ladies
Thank you for all the lovely supportive comments. I have some way to go before I catch up to Cyn, I will certainly give it a shot :). I have my eye on a lovely pair of big hoops but I still have to wait 6 weeks for my ears to heal. They also advise not to wear anything to heavy for around 3 - 6 months.
Hugs and kisses Elsa
i waited 4 weeks! 🙂
Oh Elsa, how wonderful. I am so jealous.
Elsa - congrats girl - I love having pierced ears and hoping soon to have a second set. Wear them proudly!
Congratulations and yes I am very jealous too. One day I hope. Have fun with your knew holes in the head LOL it is the best ones you will have.
You won't regret it. I've had mine pierced since the early '9os. It's nice to be able to buy any pair of earrings you like and not be confined to clip ons.
I had my left ear done back in the 80s, finally got the other one done a year ago. When I bought a new paif of earrings, I was reminded that I have an issue with nickel. Luckily they do make some nice hypo-allergenic earrings. 🙂
Also congratulations Elsa. I had my left ear done last year and got my right one done in February. As clip ons are getting rarer to find, pierced was the only way to go and it's great to wear a pair rather than just one from a pair.
I have wanted to have mine pierced, how do i explain my new look to my SO?
I've been considering getting mine done as well. The difficult part is I can't wear earrings to work and I'm afraid the holes wont get a chance to heal properly if I have to take them out for eight hours a day right after I get them done. Any advice?
