Hi all, looking for recommendations for false nails either pre coloured or plain. All of the normal female nails are to slim in width, any recommendations gratefully received. Katie.
@katiep hi , my hubby had this issue and what he's now found is that if you soak the nails in some boiling water first then flatten them a little they stretch a lot more and the larger ones in usual packs seem to fit 🙏give it a go ❤️
@bellaz76 Thanks Laura, I did order some from Amazon but they all looked tiny through the packaging for my grave digger hands. The beauty of free returns. I'll do some. more digging around (no pun intended) Katie.

@katiep Katie, despite being 6'00 and 190 lbs I have tiny hands and UK size 7 feet. Please no extrapolating other body dimensions 😂. But I find the whole world of false nails really confusing and will be interested in what the girls have to say xx.
Do a search for Static Nails. They claim to fit everyone - even drag queens. They're based in the US but ship worldwide.

@katiep In America the company called Kiss makes nails for larger hands, good luck.

@katiep Amazon carries Kiss nails in wide width. I just bought a set and wore them for the last week. They are glue on not those little glue tabs and they fit really well. They are unfinished and can be polished in your choice of color. Very reasonably priced as well.
28 nails in about 7 different sizes so you should be able to find a set to fit and get enough for 2 wearings from the package.
@katiep I have had good experience with Static Nails. My nail beds are fairly wide and they fit well. I apply them using nail pads that i bought from Amazon (mwellewm) and they hold well. I would suggest wiping your nails down with alcohol just to get rid of any oils before applying them.
Enjoy them sister! For me long, painted nails is such a feminine thing and I love them!!!
@katiep Superdrug have a good range & they are reasonably priced as well. That's where I get all mine.
Katie, I did find a few packages of larger sized Kiss Press on Nails at a Walmart, but haven’t seen them since. It is an interesting problem. They seemed to fit better, but still not perfectly. I have seen some large sized nails advertised at some of the crossdressing suppliers on line, I believe that it may have been Janet’s Closet, but not sure and I haven’t tried them either. I do love my nails though!
@jennconn thanks Jennifer I would grow my own but going out and about my be a problem. My wife said just sit on your hands when doing family FaceTime etc. Katie.

There are many sizes in the pack. Rough your nails first so the glue has something to adhere to.
They're not perfect for big fingers, but the bigger ones do cover thumbs wire well.
