I am currently in recovery from knee replacement surgery. This allows me to dress between 8 to 20 hours a day. A couple weeks ago I noticed my forms had a odor on them. When I got the forms they had a nice coconut smell to them now they have a little body odor smell.
I have tried to wash them well and sprinkle with baby powder but the odor is back quickly.
Do others have this problem and what is your solution?/
Hi sandy.
Sorry to hear you are laid up...what have they replaced your knees with???...
sorry, honey, terrible joke...
i hope you are up and about soon, and not in too much pain. A friend of mine had hip replacement...she was walking so soon after, it was unbelievable!!!..huggs x
I must say i do not detect a smell off my rock n rollas....but after use, i just wash them in hot scented soapy water...they always seem to smell....lovely.
If anyone else tries this...please do not tumble dry them....yikes, what a noise!!!!
Grace ❤️❤️
I haven't noticed that myself, but after getting small skin blisters under my forms, I invested in covers for my forms from TLC Direct.
https://www.tlcdirect.org/Triangle-Breast-Form-Cover.html?did=33
There is a size chart on the website for the covers and initially I got size 13 for my 42C forms. They turned out much too big so got size 9 instead. I reckon I could get a size 8 and the forms would still fit.
I still don't notice any odours but I now have 2 sets of covers, changed weekly and washed with the rest of my laundry and my forms are washed weekly too. I can wear my forms all day and often wear them overnight too on Friday and it all gets washed on Saturday morning.
Lmao!
Too funny!!!

Flap, plap, slap, smack, splosh.... lol😳
Oh, I have tears in my eyes!
The Breast Form store and other vendors sell specialised breast form wash and a soft brush.
Using this after every 3 or so wears not only helps the "stick" stick longer, (at least on the self adhesive forms) ,but also would reduce the odour mentioned in this post.
I also own the double sided tape adhesion method forms and regularly have them, on for anywhere between 12 and 18 hours.
The forms dont need a wash, but I sure do... So as previously posted, I do both via a lovely "femme shower". Shower cap over "my hair", and soap up "my breasts", like like a GG would. Other parts get a "good going over" too, but the details are very "personal".
Caty.
I use a little under arm deoterant under my forms. It works for me, but also reagular washing of the forms are needed for any odor as well.
