After watching what seems like 1,000 hours of how to videos of dubious usefulness, I finally found two that upped my nail polish game 200% and I now have pretty decent looking nails for the first time. I learned how to put it on properly and how to quickly and easily fix the inevitable boo boos. The channel also has other good vids on nail care that are well worth watching, IMHO. @sailor2000 As the old saying goes, practise makes perfect. It's helpful to get instructions but you can't beat the fun of actually doing it & if it goes wrong, hey ho, take it off & try again. When I first started out I just bought the cheapest stuff I could to get my eye in. Once I got better at applying it I moved on to more expensive brands & this had the bonus of giving better results as well & it lasted longer too. Little tip, glittery varnish coves up whoopsies better than plain varnish. As I like glittery anyway that's a win win for me.

Nice! I love nail videos. I am a big fan of polished yogi on YouTube. She does nail swatches of different brands and she has helped me so much picking colors.
