A couple of months ago, just after coming out, I visited my hairdresser and told her that I was CD and wanted a more feminine cut but also wanted to grow my hair longer. She did her best and I now have a different style, I shall go back in a month by which time my hair should be just about covering my right ear so I'll see what she can do.
@randialex I had a short pixie and just told her I wanted to grow it out been growing out since had an undercut now growing it out
@randialex an undercut is the hair on the top of the head is long and is often parted on either the side or center, while the back and sides are buzzed very short or shaved
I'm as "bald as a badger's....... rear end. So the only time I go near a hairdresser is when I get a number 2 all over" of whats left..

If only I had the hair to do that. Years ago when I had a nice mane I would occasionally go to have it cut and styled. Those days are over. The closest I get now is if I take one of my wigs in for a trim or change of style and to be serviced.
Enjoy what you have. Many don't have and wish they could.

@aliceunderwire unfortunately I will only be underdressing tomorrow. Thinking black bra and panty set
2 to 3 times a year. I get my split ends cut off and somehow they magically blow out and curl my hair so it looks a million times better. Then I go to a big event and enjoy it for 1-2 days until it returns to flat dull hair. After that it spends the rest of the time in a ponytail until my next visit. Marg

My wife is a hairdresser but I keep my hair short. I have quite a few wigs that she had style and or cut for me. I was very reluctant to ask the first time but she seemed happy to do it and really treated my wig like a real client. I was fully dressed and wearing the wig that day.
@abby24 one time at the end of the day I was getting out of Jessi and she was in the bathroom when I removed my wig and wig cap, my very short hair was kind of spiked up and she said she could probably make it a cute femme look. But we haven't tried it yet.
