Anyone know an alternative? I heard something about making false freckles after foundation/concealer so I'm asking for personal experience. Love ya!

Well to answer my own question, the girl at Ulta advised using an eyeliner pen for the effect. Use it to make dots to your preference. I found a chocolate brown liner pen, works wonders. In case anyone else was wondering.
