I haven’t seen any posts about Katie and Laura’s panty store. They make great satin panties that replicate Victoria Secret Second skin satin panties from the 89s and 90s
@satinfullbacks Patty, I had not heard about Katie and Laura’s panty store. Just checked it out…it looks wonderful. I noticed there is even advice on panties for men section. I could not find any link to a physical store, is it only an online store?

It must have been about 2 years ago that I came across these on the internet and became really interested. I seem to recall emailing them to see if there was a UK seller, but sadly there wasn't and I think they said they didn't ship to the UK (not sure about that). But they did suggest the use of companies such as "MyUS[dot]com"; you can get goods delivered to such companies who will then forward them to you (for a fee!).
I baulked at the cost of this and didn't follow it up. Sadly I can't find the emails that I exchanged with Katie&Laura, so that previous paragraph is just what I think I can remember. Perhaps we need a "panty buying cooperative" subgroup of CDH in the UK to act as an import agency for Fancy Satin Panties. After all, this stuff looks seriously good.

I love Katie and Laura panties! I generally opt for plain panties, but when I feel like being secretly girly, Katie & Laura panties are my go-to. In fact, I’m wearing some right now!
Their panties are not over-the-top super-sexy feminine, and not made of wispy transparent lace that might fall apart if you look at it wrong. I would characterize them as “classically feminine,” with shiny satin material, plain bright colors, flowery prints, and tasteful use of lace trim. They are quite well made, with firm elastic around waist and legs. That, combined with their wide fronts and stretchy satin, accommodates and contains the male anatomy very well, for those of us who don’t tuck. They run small, and they advise you to size up. At first glance, holding them in my hand, they appeared large and bulky. But when I put them on…Oh my goodness! They felt fantastic!
Their site has a very feminine/flirty vibe, which is fun. They really promote the idea that wearing panties is fun, regardless of gender. As Christine noted, they have a section devoted to men, and they are very supportive and encouraging of panty wearing men. I felt very welcome there. I found those “for men” pages inspirational and validating…recommended reading for anyone here.
In their “for men” section, they make no illusions that their products are unisex, or in any way designed for men. They are basically saying “We make panties. Panties are designed for women. Men: if you want to wear them, fantastic! Welcome to our panty party!”
On a personal note, their info for men pages helped me feel ok about wanting to be secretly girly sometimes. Two statements in particular inspired me: After advising on which of their styles might be the least conspicuous if they peek out, they say, “It might be a toss-up between "caught being girly" or "caught being Very Girly”…”But then again, so what if you’re caught wearing Pretty Panties… we already know you are!” That’s how I want to feel!
They run small, and they advise you to size up.
I haven't gotten this far yet, but their size chart looks normal. For my 36" waist they suggest a US 14-16. That seems normal to me. The XL stuff is arbitrary and irrelevant.
I have 2 pairs of katie and laura panties. They are exquisite, very light weight and very smooth. Not much coverage for the franks and beans though. I bought the simplest model they had, black coloured.
Only reason i didn't buy anymore is the price. Add in shipping costs outside the US and exchange rate, it turns out to be an expensive pair of panties.
@wendyswift Interesting observation about coverage. Of course everyone is different. I’m probably a little below average down there, and K & L have great coverage for me, among the best for all of my panties. Well, as they say, YMMV!
They are indeed a bit pricy, partially why I only have a few pairs. I look at them as a special treat (like chocolate truffles!), not everyday wear. I can understand that overseas shipping and exchange rates would put them beyond the pain threshold.
@wendyswift I agree they are on the expensive side but they are great quality, wash well and do last. I had one pair where the stitching came apart and they sent me a new pair. I love that it’s owned by two women but they know men are a big part of their sales. They treat me so nice and never make me feel uncomfortable being a man and asking questions. These were the first style panties I wore when I was 13 and my best friends mom wore them and eventually let me try hers on and bought my first few pairs. To know these ladies started their own company cuz they missed wearing the same panties makes me feel good that they understand why men and women love them. So I prefer the full back hipsters and wear them daily, but I do like the ballerina panties and things a lot, and have some string bikinis. I wish they had more colors but they told me they’ll be adding more soon. The best is that I bought these for my wife and she only wears Katie and Laura now too. And my wife knows about my first experience with my friends mom and dresses up in lingerie and outfits with me now.
I love Katie and Laura panties. I grew up in the 80's and always admired the bikini and hi-cut silk style. When I found these on line I just had to have a few pairs. Over the years it's grown into a lot. They are sexy and comfortable.
I’m an 80s kid to Diana and when I was 13 my best friends mom was 38 and just got divorced. I noticed VS catalogs being sent in her name and I loved the second skin satin collection best! Within a few months I noticed my friends mom wearing satin pjs, nighties to bed and saw her wearing matching satin panties that I knew were VS. I started snooping and opened her panty drawers and couldn’t believe all she had was satin panties and matching bras! One day after school my friend was in his room with his girlfriend and I told him I’d be the lookout and was in his moms room and she came home early and caught me trying on her panties. But rather than getting in trouble it actually led to her letting me borrow her panties and I’d go home and wear them to bed. Eventually I told her I wanted to wear them to school. It led to a secret relationship where we would dress up together and she’d model lingerie for me and I’d wear the same outfit after her. I think about it now and that would never happen today and I know how lucky I was. Anyway it took 25 years but I met the best woman ever and we got married. She knew up front about my cross dressing and I told her about my friends mom and how I started. She was so understanding and accepted it and wanted me to buy all her lingerie and loves dressing up with me. So when I bought her the Katie and Laura panties it was a great memory of my friends mom. My wife actually resembles her a lot and similar body type. So I exclusively wear satin panties everyday and always wear lingerie to bed at night with my wife. And we both have our own lingerie dressers and I love having my own and my wife knows. She loves buying me new panties and lingerie and surprising me. So nice to hear another lady who wears them too and nice to know you wore them in the 80s just like I did
I have about 12 pairs of K&L panties and adore them.
As others have mentioned, the material is amazing and they are super girly.
I recommend going for the Pixie line. They have soft satin on the inside as well which goes a long way for comfort.
Pixie Lily panties are my favorite!
