Laughter lines

For many years I have spent far too much time laughing and smiling.  No bad thing in itself and, as a man, I have had no difficulty with the consequential lines and crevices in my face.  At least I look permanently cheerful.  The big downside, now that I have discovered CDH and crossdressing, is how to do something to hide some of those lines, short of using using tiling grout or bathroom sealant.  I know I need to moisturise - something I have neglected for 60 years, but ave just started doing. Do any of you girls have any tips which are easy to follow?  For the life of me I can't get my foundation right.  I alternate between a circus clown and The Joker in the Batman films.  I want to look feminine.

I use flexible autobody filler myself and a very high quality flexible primer...

Joking aside, I would suggest going and speaking to a makeup specialist. A makeup counter like Lancome (my preference), MAC or other. I believe you will be happily surprised at how nice you are treated even if you go as a male.

Hi Diane! Yes those lines. Fat injections can help and can botox. Depending upon severity there is always something that can be done. Always remember the rest of your body and try to match up your face. A 30 year old face and 80 year old arms and hands don't go well together. Hope this helps.

Hello Diane...

For the laugh lines use a pen highlighter and run the highlight inside the crease of the line and stipple with finger or sponge.

There can be many reasons why you are having trouble with your foundation and like others suggest I would head to MAC or Sephora and speak to someone there. Both stores pride themselves in believing makeup is for everyone and you should have no problem getting help from them.
