Hi girls,
Since forever this "lingerie lover" has always loved having my lingerie match or coordinated with other pieces.
EG. As I'm typing now I'm "underdressed" black lacy bra panties and cami. OR/. Matching bra and panties, (especially matching sets of the same brand), coordinated with my cami in a different but "blending" style.
Some folks have stated this is a bit "OTT", but a girl has to feel, as well as look good when she can!!
My SO is a classic example who does not worry about this. The bra and panties go on in the morning and if they aint the same colour, it's no bother to her.
So lets have your views!!

As with many things, Mood and circumstance play a role here. With my day to day underdressing I'm not particularly fussy. Under a nice dress or while wearing a more flirty outfit where anyone might catch a glimpse of whats underneath I try to at least colour match.
It is not a concern for me. As I do not prance around in my lingerie, I could care less if it matches. Besides to match my lingerie would require tha I have lingerie. Given my size, bras are hard to find and often have limited options. As such, matching lingerie is really cost prohibitive. Don't get me wrong - I love lingerie with color and most of mine is of varying colors, they just don't match.

I always try to match, coordinate everything. Have to, I think it makes all the difference!
I don't have matching sets but I would love to have at least a couple of pairs that do.
Hello Caty, I do not worry about matching undies, as I only have a few that match. Normal day underdressing, I wear white bra & any colour knickers I have. When dressing up in a nice dress, then I will pick some nice matching colours if I can, or my favourite set.

I prefer that things match if possible.
I think it says something that I had to have a quick peek to see what colour I was wearing today! However I have black knickers, black bra, black tights under a black top and black skirt. Coordinated to perfection. (Just to prevent anyone thinking I've gone goth, I'm also wearing a brown sweater and wine coloured open cardigan: it is a tad chilly in this house.)
So to answer the question, not really, but I wouldn't wear dark underwear under light coloured garments.

Interesting topic .. I guess I have to admit I am color(USA)coordinator too.
I coordinate black panties with camis, and bra or beige .. I match my intimates as well as my dress, shoes and accessories.. trying to be the “lady”... Leonara
When I shop for panties, I always consider buying bras with the same brand name. If the bra and panty are not the same style, they at least have to be the same color. When I dress full en fem, I co-ordinate the color of my intimates with the color of my outfit. This makes me feel more like a classy lady.

I like to match as much as possible but if I'm in a rush its the first bra and pair of knickers that come to hand. Lizzie.

Very much depends on mood and what I am dressing in, but usually matched sets , panties and bra for formal.
for casual, white bra let and then any colour panties, could be white, could be bright orange or nicely patterned.
If wearing a white dress, everything will be white, etc.
