Good Evening Ladies

I have been looking at lip plumping cosmetic products, they are highly promoted. My question is do they work have any of you ladies tried any. Do they actually work and if so how long is the effect, I would love to hear all your views good or bad.

Love Sarah

xx

Sarah, I tried them for a bit as I do have tiny lips, what I found out from the ones I used is some work better than others, the sad thing and why I don't buy them any more is they only last a few minutes. To be honest I loved what they did for my lips but out of five or six brands and none lasted more then 5 minutes and then  you would have to re-apply  and that was just to much for me.

Hi Sarah, I have heard peppermint oil works. But I have not tried it. That was a tip from one of my GG friends. I may need to go buy some!  Hugs

Super Sarah...

I tried these, not because I am not beautifully plump, but I read all the " hype " too!!!!

The one I tried made my lips really tingle, but nothing plumped up!!!! so I think it's a " mind game" thing...like breast enhancement cream....waste of money....

I did sit on it once, and although not scientifically confirmed, my ass might have grown....haha.

Huggs, grace xx

Hi Sarah, I have tried a couple different brands, and like the others, they only last a short time. Maybe, an hour at the most? If Im lucky?
I found lip liner too be longer lasting, and more worthwhile.

Hi Ladies

Thank you all for your comments the general view is they are not that great, as Grace said there does seem to be a lot of hype.

Love you all girls.

The external cosmetics that claim to "plump" generally seem to cause a bit of tingling sensation on the lips. This "irritation" is supposed to force blood to flow to the lips for a little while causing the plumping effect. LOTS of hype...

I have not seen any ACTUAL plumping.

I'll be completely up front, I've been tempted to buy a plumping "device" that plumps temporarily using suction. These have had some measurable effect, but I hear that it MAY cause mild bruising around the lips... Test on a Friday night, so that I have the weekend to heal I suppose?

Good Luck out there,

XOXO
