Hi girls does anybody else have problems with lipstick stain on your lips. Im a red lipstick kind of girl and a few I have stain my lips and its kind of not kool when in guy mode you can only use koolade as a excuse so many times (ha ha ) any girls have same problem and what do you do to remove it thanks

I use a lip liner to cover all of my lips, then apply my lip stick. This seems to help when it's time to remove my lip color. How ever I don't usually wear a really dark red but when I do, it's the same process and no one has ever said anything about my lips being stained.
I use maybeline make up remover and a cotton ball to remove the lipstick stain. Works well!!!
Whitening toothpaste...diluted with some aloe vera or olive oil. Leave it on for 15 min...no more.

using just a little gloss or a clear lip balm before you apply color. You can try a primer also.
I use nuetrogena makeup remover wipes. I also use a soft washcloth.

Make sure your lips are well moisturized, lipstick sticks more to dry lips!
I really love red lipstick as well Stephanie. My problem is far more reaching because I wear lip ink or sometimes lip stain for that perfect look. I like it because it doesn't transfer and lasts until I decide to remove it. I use a washcloth with warm water and hand soap. And then......wait for it....... rubbing alcohol. It actually comes off quickly. Be sure to moisturize afterwards.
I wear red lipstick almost exclusively. I usually can get it off. Again dry chapped lips make it worse. Alcohol works but dries them out more. The makeup remover wipes work too. I almost always have residual eyeliner and mascara no matter how much I wash up though
thanks Bethany its just some lipsticks that stain I wear lipstick to bed about 99% of nights and my lips never seem to be chapped and I use baby oil to remove eyeliner and mascara seems to work pretty well there too again thanks for reply will keep wearing my reds cant stop now love the color

Hi girls,
I got the magic stuff to get even the matte waterproof stuff off without staining and it's easily found. Baby oil! Put a little on an ear swab, wipe your lips, and then wash your face as usual. It also works wonderfully for getting of eyeliner and mascara!

I have that problem too, I have had some strange early morning confrontations at work hahah. When they are really stained, I use a little alcohol (purse your lips though!!) I have found that the standard Target makeup wipes have handled MOST of them, even the paint!
