I've just bought some Maybelline Superstay 24hr 2 stage lipstick.
It's amazing. I put it on at 10 AM this morning. Six hours later it's still as good as the moment it was applied.
One end of the tube is the lipstick brush. The other end is the moisture lock "balm".
It can be a little expensive, but it's worth every penny.

I haven't tried that specific maybelline lipstick, but I do have their super stay liquid and crayon, and both are fantastic. It does stay on quite well, even for the whole day.
