My first real salon appointment

I’ve been a (mostly) closeted cd for most of my life since a verrry young age.  Started with panties and pantyhose and makeup behind closed doors. I have been a bit more bold over the last few years.  I use R and F Lashboost which has worked wonders on my lashes, they are dark and luxuriously long and quite noticeable.  I found a local place to wax my brows somewhat femme and have been getting pedicures there.  I started with neutral matte colors to ‘hide my ugly nails’ which has finally progressed to colored toes.  My first request was a pink that I left shiny, followed by a matte grey, and now a gorgeously shiny turquoise which is obviously feminine.  My wife has been very leery of anyone discovering my secret, and she’s finally chilling out about letting me get pedicures with pretty colors, but insists I keep it hidden beyond our home.

For Christmas she got me a gift certificate from a salon that does more services and is located out of town.  I immediately booked an appointment for waxing my legs, butt, Brazilian, back and shoulders.  She’s also giving me a French pedicure.  I’m so excited but so nervous.  I’ve been waxed before by my wife and myself, but never ‘bared it all’ for a salon.  My penis is exceedingly small and I’m a bit embarrassed about it.  Does anyone have advice about this procedure.  Should I tell her I’m a cd?  (I’m sure she knows I’m. It a normal guy). Should I wear regular underwear or ???  She seems very LGBTQ friendly.
