@abby24

I’ve not tried L’Oreal yet, but I find liquid foundation the best to use

@abby24 I have only used liquid from the start, love it. As of May I have only used a lip stain from Wonderskin, it's supposed to last 4 to 6 hours. Works well and I like the color choices.

@abby24 Not yet.  I have regular makeup from Maybelline & revlon but yes I need to get some foundation.  Since I'm new to makeup, I don't have any blush yet.  So I will be heading to Walmart for a couple of new products plus a better sponge.  I keep telling myself don't worry - without makeup a lot of GG's don't look too good, either!

Abigail, foundation has always been my downfall. I have resolved to try the liquid form. I'd love to hear more about your experience xx.

@chrisfp99 is a great product

I had the same problem with normal foundation

I used a sponge to apply

I squirted the foundation on hand( used as a pallet)

I then used a blotting method in sections ensuring section was completely covered before moving to the next

it applied so easily and evenly

I am a big fan of L'Oreal lipstick. It is so smooth and creamy that I just enjoy applying, iyt feels so good. I have a few shades of red, but not sure if it is the same. Unfortunately, L'Oreal is on the high side of toxic materials in their lipsticks.

Hi girls,

I've been using liquid foundation for literally years, I now use a really good one from MAC, 'Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 24hr. Matte' and it is the only kind I recommend,  You can use a sponge to apply, or there are brushes made for applying liquid foundation.  Splotch it to the main areas of your face and then, using the brush, blend everything in.

I have a red L'Oreal lip color I really like, it's called 'True Red', it lasts almost all day and resists feathering or bleeding.

Hugs,

Ms. Lauren M
