I keep hearing about threading, but I had no idea what it meant. Last night I decided to google it. Perhaps I am the only person on here that had no idea what it was, but now that I know I find it really cool!
Threading simply uses thread, tied in a loop and twisted a few times to form a figure 8. By changing the size of the lobes of the figure 8 the twists move along and when places against the brow they pluck any hairs that are in the path of the twists.
This is a beautifully simple technique that uses easily obtainable materials.
I figured I'd give it a go and within about a minute I had it figured out.
Because the thread is straight the line that gets plucked is straight.
While looking this up I also stumbled across brow mapping using thread, so cool!
This is probably silly, but I love stuff like this. I am excited to have a go at doing my brows with this technique.

Hi Delora I saw a girl do it on you tube and she did it over and over very rapidly.
I was amazed at how efficient she was.

A couple months ago I was going to get a makeover and my brows were out of whack so I went to the lady to get them threaded only cost $8 a little uncomfortable but not too bad I told her to give them a feminine shape they were quite feminine more than I bargained for it to be honest with you and I didn't notice how much women made comments and noticed as soon as I walked into my makeup girl she said I love your brows girl I said you noticed that right off she goes yeah they look great and I have to admit after my makeover I just couldn't keep looking at my brows they did look very feminine but the bad thing was I was driving and my daughter was in the truck and she goes to do get your eyebrows waxed I said no just got a haircut and they shorten them you know that's it she didn't say much after that but I was getting a little nervous that so many women were picking up that my eyebrows looked a little dainty but I have to admit after this virus when I get my next makeover I'm definitely going to get my eyebrows threaded again kisses Jasmine 💋💋💋💋💋
