The simplest would be to have the freedom to dress as I wish on a daily basis in both my personal and professional life.
The other would be to have my own breasts.

Increase my boobs and put some curve on my hips, presumably meaning hormones.
Wear 4” to 5” heels. I can’t due to an arthritic ankle with limited flexibility. Currently 2 1/2” maximum without a platform. Otherwise, 3 1/4” with a 3/4” platform. Gets a bit iffy higher than that...
SHRINK three sizes across my whole body so I can buy the shoes and dresses that I love
Wish i had smaller hands and feet so they didn't look so manly,
Wish i had a flater stomach and bigger boobs and wider hips so i had more of a womanly shape,
Wish i had less body hair so i didn't have to shave so much,
Wish i could speak with more of a womanly voice so i didn't sound so much like a man,

To dress as I want. However I looked, that would be the way I feel best.And shouldn't we all feel our best? My own real, in the flesh boobs. Also,while I'm dreaming, to be able to just strut around in 4" heels. Life should be all that easy,right?

Great question. I wish I had the opportunity to live and work as a woman for at least six months and then, if it were as fulfilling as I imagine it would be, have the option to live the rest of my life en femme WITHOUT adverse consequences as regards my family and those people who truly matter in my life. Of course, were I to go fulltime, a cute pair of pert C cup breasts and a more narrow (by 3 inches or so) waist would be divine.
That would be a big wish list, let's see.
