Hi, girls. I am Gisela and I love this place. I am releasing the woman in me and I feel wonderful. I think of me as a woman longer than I can remember. It was very exciting to join this community. I already had made a couple of friends. Wow‼ It's truly amazing.
I live in an environment very hostile towards us. The curious thing is that I just wanted to sign up for the free newsletter after I've been looking around for a few days. I hesitate for a while but eventually I wrote my female name and my email. My heart stopped strong when I hit the "sign up for free" key. Soon I've got a mail to welcome me to Crossdresser Heaven. It was nice. I took my time reading it. It looks like the invitation to join the conversations was too strong although I didn't join you that day. But deep in my heart I feel I belong here. So when I receive Vanessa's email the very next day I promise to myself I will create my account even before I read it. She was so kind. And here I am, expecting to make friends.
I've only just begun my journey and now I know I'm not alone anymore.

Gisela welcome, it so nice you have joined our family. Like many of us first coming here and wondering, is this a place I will feel is what I'm wanting and a place where I can be who I always thought I was. And yes this is. Many have come here looking for answers and help in understanding what this truly means. Having so many here really does help and with support gives one total acceptance. Being able to chat with and share our experiences with these gals has help me be true to ones self and help deal with my personal dealings with family and especially my wife who I know has struggled with my feelings. Here it did help and today I feel comfortable and happy in how I accept myself. Making friends really was amazing as it gave me many close to talk and console with. You'll love being here and will enjoy your journey . very happy to meet you and looking forward to seeing you here. 🌹
Hello Gisela and a very warm Welcome to CDH. I had a childhood friend named Gisela.....are you Dutch? Yes, it is quite a change to go from male to female, almost an entire re-creation of yourself. It isn't easy and requires a lot of effort to accomplish. Most of us here agree that the journey is worth it.
