Hi there! I'm not necessarily new here but Kacie is. I had my first female makeover several years ago and loved the new me in the mirror. I would go out on weekends occasionally so I could get out as myself but wanted more. Then one day at work I read the words from my company's CEO where she stated she wanted to create a culture at work where you can bring your whole self to work. I took her up on the challenge and came out and began working as Kacie, I've had great support from my coworkers and my new hires that I train and I loved getting up extra early to get dressed and ready to go to work. Due to covid, I now work from home but still like to dress up even though no one can see me. I go out and about dressed and feel very confident. I love being me!
