Hi all. The time has come to open the flood gates I think. It’s been a long time coming. Dressing fem has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. There’s something just so luxurious and joyful when one is dressed to impress.
Over the last few months I have really been trying to build the confidence to venture out of the house in something fem. I think the time has come to branch out, be vulnerable and have a good time.
I am Canberra based and always wanted to meet some friends who are accepting and embracing in the local area. I’d love to hear some pointers and welcome any guidance for a newly open girl into this world. It’d be ever so appreciated if anyone was able to guide me in the direction of safe and open local spaces, suggestions on how to build self confidence and most certainly welcome fashion and clothing discussions.
I so desperately want to go out there and enjoy the open air while I’m wearing something, anything to break the ice on this scary new journey.
im totally okay with meeting new people, partners friends or whatever else may pop up. I am quite shy and have never been so transparent about my love affair with cross dressing. I look forward to seeing and hearing from you all.
Canberra thankyou for sharing your intro I enjoyed reading it... welcome... you have arrived to a beautiful place. I’ll too was shy and quite nervous but over time a confinance started to emerge . Having these wonderful gals to talk to, something I found most comforting now knowing I have someone to chat with and for me learn much what is happening. Looking for friends many here to meet and always willing to share stories and experiences and discover some close to where you are. It a wonderful place to start your search to heaven. Very nice to meet you.

The knowledge that so many beautiful ladies are in and around this place is comforting. This journey has been a long surprise for me. I have a burning feeling that I will blossom and have high aspirations of making life long friends. I don’t know how to find them, hopefully it will blossom organically and I will not have to make those difficult decisions in solidarity anymore. I welcome with open arms any lady who is kind and comfortable with a new egg in need of support.
I can’t wait to see my confidence grow, to be free of the shame and to simply be honest with those around me.
Any tips on how to make the first step into the outside world wearing my favourite outfit and some kind of guidance for a local spot for catching up with like minded girls is always welcome in my books. I have so many questions and can see myself in the midsts of a lovely group chat over coffee.

Hi Olivia,
Welcome to CDH and happy Spring!
Your most difficult choice will be which outfit to wear. After that put it on and walk out your front door. Take a seat on your porch or patio and let the sunshine warm your face. There now you’ve done it! You made it outside and you are enjoying the cool air.
Now back inside to grab your purse and keys. Lock your door and onto the car for a drive. Isn’t this a lovely day?

Hi ya from another Canberra lady!
There are not many of us around here so the more the merrier. Once lockdown ends, let's get together with a friend of mine for a chat. Sound cool?
Take care!
