Hey there,
I am a CD who has been dressing for years but always hidden away. When I got married I shared this part of myself to my wife so there would be no secrets between us. I was pleasantly surprised at here acceptance with it and the first few years were a blast as we shared outfits and just had fun. When my son was born we agreed to put a halt to it until he was older. He is grown and the return never happened. I dressed many times in secret over the years as it is really part of my being.
Now that I am older I want to connect with other CDs mainly for the knowledge that I am not alone in these feelings and perhaps others have had to deal with cross dressing in a marriage and have made it work.

With your first outing, when did you tell her? I told my gf at the time once we started getting serious as I was so tired of hiding this from everyone.

First off welcome. CDH is a great safe place with lots of nice people and lots of resource info. We’re glad to have you here. I’m just over 60 and came out to my wife last year and luckily she’s accepting. Just trying to figure out the limits. I just was out for a 5 day trip as Carole and it was wonderful. I’m going to Keystone in March. Let me know how I can help or if u want to chat

I have wanted to cross dress all my life. I am 62. About a year ago about 1-1/2 ago I confessed to her want I wanted to do. I have been having a blast. It is on week ends. Friday and Saturday night is when I usually start playing. Ask me anything you want. I will try to tell you about how my wife handles it. Mostly very well
