Good day beautiful ladies...my name is Collette I live in Morocco which is not so friendly for people like myself so I cannot say too much except I envious of you beautiful ladies that are able to express yourself.

I've only been to Morocco once, leading a Duke of Edinburgh's award expedition up in the Atlas Mountains. It was April, and even though we were in North Africa we got caught in a blizzard!
You'll find that this is a very warm and supportive place ... and very friendly. I hope that you'll be able to spend time here so that we can get to know you.
There's lots to explore. Have fun looking around, and if you need help with anything don't be afraid to ask 🙂

@ellyd22 Hi ...yes it's the other side of the country from me but I have been many times...sadly many villages were struck by the earthquake. The mountains are beautiful. We are very slowly changing as a country but the beauty is always there
I found it VERY beautiful, and I also loved the people.
Marrakesh in particular is somewhere that I'd like to visit again ... we only had a day there at the beginning and end of our trip. That was nowhere near enough time!

I'm never going to fall into the 'rich tourist' category, and Avenue M isn't my kind of place at all. I much prefer bustling around traditional markets, practising my French, haggling and drinking mint tea 🙂
@ellyd22 it's in a very clever place right next to the beautiful Menara Gardens so to walk from.the town it's impossible to miss
Hi, Collette, welcome to a community where you can be yourself safely. You are not the only member who lives in a country where activities such as ours are frowned upon or worse! I'm sure you'll hear from some of them soon.
No-one here will judge or condemn you, quite the opposite, you'll find acceptance, understanding and support from all the girls here.

@ellyd22 we have to be so careful. Although it is not illegal it is always best to be suspicious of new friends...its a very male society..women are asses (donkeys) so we who dress cannot go out as so many men are children here. I have asked for my sisters in support but would be careful in our shoes
