Coming out set back

After 50 years I considered coming out at work. I met a professional woman soon to marry her wife. She commented she felt uncomfortable with me being dressed and being straight and I appreciate her honesty . I have realized younger people are more accepting but the older crowd still only understand straight or gay .

I have started to come out basically on the first date and avoid disappointment later. Work at work, home stays home.

While the LGBT community maybe one, but the gay and lesbian community has worked a long time to get where they are so now the CD have a long fight.
