The Philly area is pretty active in the Trans community, and there is an organization called TransCentral PA in Harrisburg that sponsors events in PA.  Also, on meetup dot com there is a group called MATC (mid atlantic trans community) that holds events in New Hope and Allentown on a regular basis.

I live in Maryland but have a number of friends up that way.  PM me if you want to chat more.
