Hey ladies,
I'm really glad to have come across this website as it has useful resources for a beginning crossdresser like me.
A bit about myself: I am a computer professional with a doctoral degree in Computer Science. For me, crossdressing is a way of altering my outward appearance to attempt to look more like my inner self as I imagine it. I rarely have gone in public en femme. My goal here is to become a more educated CD and not get the wrong size clothes, learn what looks best for guys like me who are not by any stretch of the imagination feminine looking. We're talking hair everywhere except my bald spot on the top of my head, overweight, 6 foot tall, masculine hands and feet. Lol I am not ashamed of my appearance. I look pretty good as a guy. But I would like to be able to go en femme and express my feminine side in a way that doesn't look like I'm joking around. Passing might work in low-light conditions. I am gay, however I am interested in becoming better at crossdressing to expand my options for going out and having fun while being more true to my inner diva! Yes! 🙂
Looking forward to sharing tips as I become accomplished at this skill.

Amazon Kindle has loads of free books to download on the subject of cross-dressing. Contact your local GLBT group....they can help a lot. Visit a cross dresser store in your city, and by all means...the internet. Shape wear/corsets, good make -up and decent wig can work miracles. Let me know if I can be of further help.

Hello and welcome to C.D.H us girls are very friendly and under standing girls, we have been in the same situation as you are. We all started about the same way or another. I am a retired auto mechanic and machine shop operator , I have been x dress g for Manu years. Started with a pair of tights in a school play, later in years my x dressing came back stronger then ever. Wife knows but will not see me dressed up, but she has a few time, will not help with make up but let's me dress up when 2 adults kids that still live at home are out. I am 55 years old and have more female cloths and make up and perfume then she does and seem to wear female cloths more then she does.
