The most important thing you learn here is that you are not alone. All of us have been where you are right now. Overcoming the fear of going out dressed is, in a large part, based on confidence. Dress to suit the occasion or place. You wouldn’t want to take a walk in the park in a mini skirt and heels, nor would you want to go out for drinks and dinner in sweats and trainers. Observe how women dress, move, and interact.

As you joined us here you stepped thru some doors where there was a sign there that read please deposit all Fears of those four little walls of your closet as you will not need that fear in side here..
