Welcome to CDH.  I did a quick search and there are 9 members listed as being from Italy.  You can search the same through the "Friends" page.  Being an English speaking only site may influence the number of Italian on CDH, but don't let that discourage you.  There are lots of resources on CDH that help.  The forums have lots of  open conversations between members that help with various aspects of being crossdressers and the Articles have some vary inspirational stories from members journeys in life.
