My name is Claire, I'm a straight crossdresser from South Africa. I've been dressing for about 10 years. I've always had a small body and effeminate face and was mocked for it when I was much younger, so I decided to turn it into something positive. I've always looked at crossdressing as an art and pathway into a second life and it always makes me happy to be able to go out and be myself as a man and as a woman and enjoy the best of both worlds socially.

I only recently went from the occasional pairs of panties I'd wear to now having fun wearing dresses, lingerie, makeup, and even figuring out wigs. Hi Claire. Welcome to CDH! I love your positive attitude. I feel that my small body has also played into my desires to cross dress and feel feminine. Although I've never gone out in public dressed as a woman, I do feel that even cross dressing in private has brought a lot of positivity to my life. .... And being able to express myself to the other cross dressers here on CDH has been an amazing outlet. I hope you enjoy it here as much as I do!

Hi Claire,I like your philosophy about enjoying the best of both worlds.As I have took early retirement from my job eight years ago,I am able to dress enfemme at home four or five days a week,thanks to a supportive wife.However when I need to go out and about I dress in male mode,akthough I miss my lovely clothes I am not at all unhappy to present as a male to the outside world.
