My name Persephone and last few months I've finally let myself to express myself they way I feel. I've always been interested in dressing up as a woman but being a young kid I was told that was unacceptable and not what boys do. So I just buried it deep down and moved on.
Every once in a while I would find myself allowing myself to dress up but then quickly told myself "I'm not supposed to do this". But now I'm almost 50 and decided that life is too short not to do what makes you happy. I still have a few hurdles to cross on my journey.
I'm glad to have found this caring and warm place.

I've been a member since the beginning of July, and I absolutely love it here. As you say, it IS very warm and caring. You're also very, VERY right when you say 'life's too short not to do what makes you happy.'

I feel the same way, I stopped dressing for years, and then in my mid 30s I decided that I was suppressing something, and that I wanted to fully express myself (I'm now 39 very nearly 40).
Well done for making that step, keep up the good work! 😉
