I've been shy, reticent, introverted, anti-social etc, (a mix of my own, and others' descriptions, the list goes on...), most of my life too. Until I found and joined this unique and amazing community! 😊
I see now that most of my shyness came from the shame and guilt I felt because of hiding my secret. Don't even get me started on low self-esteem, a negative value of confidence and all the other "I'm not good enough" rubbish 🙄.
Spend even a little time here and watch your shyness vanish, like my spectacles that I'm sure I just put down somewhere.
You'll now have all the encouragement and support we can give, the girls are genuinely warm, friendly and helpful.
