There's a local meetup group called Mid Atlantic TransSperience Community (MATC) that meets monthly in New Hope PA. Also TransCentral PA has activities in and around Harrisburg. Check them out at meetup dot com.
Plus, there's the Keystone Conference annually in Harrisburg PA; the next one is 20-24 March 2019. It's a safe, supportive event for everyone on the TransGender spectrum, from Cross Dressers to fully transitioned men and women.
