My name is Emily. And I am SOOO glad I found you! I am almost overwhelmed by what I've seen on this site in just the few days since I've joined. For years I have been dying to meet someone who I can talk to about all this. Someone who feels what I feel... and does what I do. It's so very exciting to think that I will finally do just that!
I'm not great with social media stuff and it will take me a while to find my way around the site. (Any help will be appreciated!) I want to meet you and make some friends on here. I have shared Emily with only one person - my girlfriend. She supports me. But, she doesn't quite understand what it is like for me. Honestly, I have a hard time explaining and expressing it to her as I am still exploring it (even after 20+ years). So that's why I want to meet someone just like me. Someone who, when I'm stammering for words and struggling with a feeling, can say, "Yeah, Emily... I know exactly what you mean." And that's why I'm here!
Anyway, I am very glad to meet you and am anxious to connect and share and learn from all of you.

When you learn to explore this site that when your really going to understand. You need help well just look for many of these lovely ladies all here to chat but most of all here to offer understanding and support. We're also here offering comfort and advice so never be confused, your questions are answered with much thought and compassion true to the feelings your experiencing. It so comforting having your gf support its so special having someone close to share your journey. No matter what level of support be blessed many don't. Hey Emily, I'm new here as well and when I read your intro, I couldn't help but to totally empathize with the way you feel. My wife and a few close friends know but like you; with whom do I talk to about it because the afore mentioned don't want to talk about it cause they don't really care about that part of my life, and that's cool with me, I get it.
