I've been on this site for about a month and find all the girls friendly and helpful. Over the years by myself I have put on a few things and just over a month ago came out to my wife and children. It is challenging knowing how good you feel and find others struggle with the change. I have felt lost, confused, depressed, and thought maybe better if I wasn't her. The sweet girlfriends on CDH have been such a help knowing I am not alone and with the advice and encouragement I can keep going.
As many have stated, open up about your fears and worries. You will find comfort here.
