Thank you very much, Its kinda a problem for me to buy online to because I dont live alone and Im terrified of someone else receiving the package if I order something online. Im also afraid that buying things online will be like pandoras box and ill just stock on too many items  from all the excitement, I dont know if Im in this stage yet.. Dont really know how to tread lightly and discretely on this path 🙁

Evelina  welcome to cdh . This is a great place where you will be able to enjoy your dressing with many understanding gals here . Meet them and get valuable tips and advice to help you . Never feel alone anymore , , have many here to talk with and make a friend or two along the way. As time goes by more understanding and importantly the confinance begins showing anything may become possible and that includes thoughts of going out ,one never knows. I too am anticipating my time. I'm still much housebound but the urges are building so that may happen soon . And as for clothing it takes time to get tune in the how's and when's. Sizes and shapes and styles. So enjoy,  I bye most of mine online but starting to personally shop so like everything it takes time .  Learning and the help here is most helpful and our forums, they hold a wealth of information.  It's the fun of it so enjoy it. Hi Evelina and Welcome to CDH! It is ok to be a lady at home.....I don't go out anymore either....the scene is to hectic for me now. Ok....I do go out by myself to shop or do day to day things. I also dress male for certain physical activities as well. Just do what you do.......the feminine world of hair and make-up is fun. I have an app that lets you put your picture into the computer and use it to see what different hair styles and make up  can do for you....so much fun. Girl, you need to visit "Just You Boutique" in Las Vegas. I'm living proof of how beautiful Amy, the owner can make you look! You will love the freedom of walking down a public sidewalk in a pretty dress with high heels. it's one thing to do it at home, but another to be out in public.

You have to take it slow and easy! I have never been to town dressed ! I have gone out my door late at night dressed to have a cig. I have told my 2 close friends that I crossdress and they are fine with it ! One of them even gave me a top and a pair of jeans and a handbag!  I do need some help to find my feminine voice!!

I do enjoy dressing up as the woman I am!

Just take it one day at a time and if you go all the way and decide to marry....please tell your mate about your dressing and don't spring it on them after the event. Welcome to the group. I am older. 71 actually, I have been dressing at home for many years, purged a few times and started over. I always dressed at home and never allowed anyone to see me. Then I joined this site and after reading many other posts I got the courage to tell my daughter and her husband, they accepted it well, she even brought me a dress of hers that she couldn't wear. Then I decided that I could actually go out after looking at some of my pictures, I am not passable but consider myself presentable. My first forays in public were to gay bars where I was accepted, especially on nights when they had drag shows. Soon I was brave enough to go out in pubic during the day and have had no problems, at my age there are many women out there that do not look as good as me.

As far as buying clothes, I shop at Kohls and they don't have a problem with me trying on anything I want, I also shop at shoe carnival for my shoes, sometimes I get a few looks if I'm dressed drab but I just ignore them, the salespeople are very helpful.

I have many dresses and skirts/blouse outfits from mini to floor length, I love to wear the minis or short shorts. I say wear whatever you want and someday you will find the urge to go out too strong to fight anymore. I only wish I had done it 0 years ago.

Hi Evelina. If you are worried about someone else getting your package, like me then I suggest you use the pick up service by Amazon. Amazon has lockers installed at various facilities including some seven elevens. Find one and you can get your parcel deliversd there. Once the package is delivered you will get a code which can be used to open the locker.
