Hello Ladies! My name is Emily. I am a 50 y/o crossdresser for as long as I can remember. This is a secret side of me that only my wife and one female friend knows about, and both are very supportive I don't have the opportunity to dress often, maybe a few times a year, but I always keep the feminine side of me present, whether its underdressing with panties, wearing a feminine scent, or polished toes. My girly wardrobe is probably more extensive than most women, as well as my make up and jewelry collection. I just wish I had more time to let Emily be herself. I am at a point in my life where I am wanting to explore this "side" of me more. I have been out a few times in Las Vegas and a few other cities, and it is so refreshing to feel free. I thought my entire life that this feeling of wanting to be seen as a woman would fade, but it has only grown.
Hi Emily and welcome to CDH! You are in the right place for the kind of support you are seeking. I'm sure you will find others who have been in situations similar to yours.
It sounds like you are in a good place with the support and wardrobe you have. Maybe you can fill your desires by letting Emily out at home on a more regular basis. I found that my femininity became more normalized when I let Lauren into my daily routine more and more. Now I'm at the point where I do a lot of my daily activities as her and I allow her to replace my other side more and more.

Thank you to all for such a warm and thoughtful welcome. This world is not new to me, but it is nice to know I'm not alone. It took many years but I fully accept this side of me, and wouldn't want it any other way. I don't know why Emily is such an important part of my life, but she is. Maybe by being here and meeting all of you she can truly find herself!
