I'm Beth have been married to a crossdressing fluid male for 34 years. Looking for support from other wives. We live in a conservative town and we have a business that serves this tightly knit community. I am the only person that knows, other than a therapist we saw a couple of years ago. We had set some boundries but I am now semi retired and home now and working from home. I know he does not have the opportunities to express himself the way he would like and so now I am struggling with how to go about our daily life.

Hi Jess, Welcome to a great place to share our experiences. I agree with you. When I am in 'guy' mode I am fairly reserved, but when I am Paulette I am much more gregarious. I have several drag queen friends who tell me they were originally drawn to drag because they were shy, and dressing up made them very outgoing, sometime outrageously so! However, I think in our case it's something different in that when our feminine nature is allowed to be brought forth we tend to be a more complete person, personality and all! Hugs, Paulette

I understand your split you are talking about.  When I write here I am in femme.   I find that as Chrissy I can be more compassionate, helpful, and at times chatty. My male host is always been straight to the point with conversations and more reserved on feelings.  Not so much with Chrissy though.
